At BullyBillows, we want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied with your premium gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in brand-new, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and free of any pet hair or odors to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
